This contains our House Rules and Regulations and is required to be signed or we may refuse or cancel your reservation without penalty.Each cottage is furnished EXCEPT for linens, pillows, blankets and phone.Internet is available but we cannot guarantee the service.We provide TV’s with Cable thru-out the houses.PARKING RULES: There is a maximum of 2 cars per cottage. We strictly enforce these rules.DURING SPRING and FALL: We are more flexible with the nights rented and can allow for rentals less than 7 nights. The cottage has been updated however the bedroom walls are left in the traditional old style cottage format as they do not go all the way to the ceiling. We have had many renters request we never change the older style of the upstairs bedrooms.
