Pleasing Cape Cod decor with nautical touches. The location is ideal. A short walk to Sea Street beach and a shorter walk to ‘the’ ice cream shop. House is set back on a quiet circle with little traffic. Kid friendly with plenty of outdoor play room. Living room with bow windows, dining area, functioning fireplace for cozy evenings, and a HDTV flat screen with cable and DVD. New , mbeautiful well equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a queen size bed. Another bedroom has three twin beds and the other bed room has two twin beds. There is an outside shower and a patio with picnic table and grill. Plenty of seating and an umbrella to make outdoor dining even more pleasant. Stunning kitchen that will make meal time so pleasant for all. This traditional house is perfect for building happy memories.And of course, we have a wi-fi connection. We have also added a new gas grill as well as the charcoal grillThis winter the cottage has undergone a fantastic update in the main room, all new ceilings , new flooring and central air. NEW pictures coming but probably not until May when we also return to our beloved spot on old Cape Cod.Please understand check in is Saturday after 2 pm and check out is the following Saturday at 10 am This allows time for a complete cleaning of the cottage. Thank you.
