Eight Gardner Street, located around the corner from Nantucket’s historic Main Street, is an antique building completely renovated on the interior in 1992 to create a spacious, well decorated, two bedroom, two bath home with outdoor shower and brick patio. The house has central air conditioning and off street parking for one vehicle. In the summer season we are a Sunday to Sunday rental.This Greek Revival style building has an over-sized antique front door and large 20 pane windows which are reminders of the building’s past. Inside this lovely home are modern conveniences for comfortable living.
