Spacious ,adorable ,well maintained,private cottage with own driveway,separate from main house . Outdoors has 2 patios, one covered,with relaxing lounge chairs,other patio has dining table, hammock,propane fire pit, gas grill .Downstairs Interior has spacious full kitchen w/stainless appliances, full size washer/dryer,dining table seats four or more with extension. Living space has queen sleeper couch, working desk, flatscreen smart TV. Upstairs includes, large bedroom with king-bed plus plenty of room for a child’s crib .Bathroom has slate floor ,tile shower w/glass doors all new fixtures . House is fully AC & heated with duel zone.Peaceful surroundings ; Nature trails for walking and biking literally across the street from the Nature Perserve yet 1 mile to Village Center or Ocean Beaches. Plenty of restaurants with outdoor dininig, shopping, boating, & antiquing. Don’t miss Saturday morning Farmers Market!. Sagharbor is a great sailing community!
