Cottage Tree House B&BThe The Cottage Tree House sits up in the trees protected by branches, limbs and leaves. A secret place where you climb the wooden staircase to the large Juliet balcony overlooking the property and relax amongst the hustle of trees offering the guests a sense of tranquility and magical energy. Come and make timeless memories at this rejuvenating magical retreat on 2 acres in the midlands of the south. Animals who are pet and people friendly are always welcome. The cottage tree house is located on a wooded lot on over 2 acres, and is 3.5 miles from Congaree National park. Enjoy the unique solitude of the sound of the birds and peaceful serenity while giving up none of the amenities. Full walk in rain shower and private bath with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. Enjoy your meals with an indoor to outdoor dining area and WiFi. We do allow pets however they are not allowed on the furniture. We offer breakfast for 15$pp during your stay. The property has ring cameras. Due to the rising cost of dairy and meat breakfast is on hold for the month of November and December. We hope it will go down so we may continue to serve you.Disclaimer:Guests are assured that the space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside the Host’s control, including but not limited to, power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside the Host’s control, Host will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is the Guest’s responsibility to notify Host immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems Host is able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems caused by actions of Guest and guests failure to immediately notify Host.Bug and wildlife info: Our place is located in a wooded hot and humid environment that is teeming with wildlife, including the creepy crawly kind. Depending on the time of the year and weather conditions, Guests may encounter mosquitoes, bees, gnats, moths,stink bugs, ants, spiders, beetles, roaches, ladybugs, lizards, snakes, rodents, armadillos, turtles, birds, frogs and other wildlife on the property. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for the occasional critter that may make it inside. We do our best to prevent infestations and guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner.Guest are responsible for there own children and any damages or injuries of there own children.Do not put sanitary products or wipes down the drain it will strain the system and guest will be responsible for 250$ plumbing fee. Mini split is set at a comfortable level due not change remote setting as you may cause à freeze or overheat of the system and will be responsible for fees to fix it. No smoking in the home. No outside wood is allowed due to management of the eco system.
