Inside, take advantage of ocean breezes all day with windows on two sides and a window AC unit in the living room for extra comfort on hot days. Kona Pacific has a pool with a designated BBQ area to chef up an island inspired meal (only 1 bbq per unit at any time), beautiful landscaping, library room, one assigned parking space and elevator building access. The condo is furnished with a Cal King bed in main bedroom and a New portable Queen muphy bed thats available for extra guests situated in the living room.PLEASE NOTE PARKING* Our parking space is a compact parking space located in the garage, Please do not rent a large, oversized car, SUV, etc). Home is furnished and decorated as pictured, some pillows, blanket throws and flowers added for photos.**Other things to note:All of our vacation rentals include a basic start-up supply of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, toilet paper.
