The home is in excellent condition and has been lovingly maintained and cared for – fully remodeled in 2018. Located on a large wash, it has spectacular mountain and sunset views . 30 day minimum rental required.It is a light, bright, and clutter free home. All linens and bedding are new.The kitchen has slab granite counter tops with back splash and a under mount sink, The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining and has a microwave oven and gas top range.The master bathroom has his and her sinks and with glass block windows in the oversized shower. The den has a computer desk with internet connectionAnthem is 30 minutes away to over 25 golf courses, and it’s a great place to stay whether you are on vacation or when you’re in the Phoenix area attending sporting events.
