This fully equipped property can accommodate up to 9 guests and is located 30 seconds from, and has full access to, beautiful Lake Christopher. The house is in the Village of Bryant Pond, aka Woodstock, just minutes from Sunday River & Mt. Abram skiing & the Town of Bethel.You can spend your days on the water using our canoes, kayak and docks. Outdoor sports equipment is also available to enhance the fun. You can enjoy a great view of the lake, beautifully landscaped yard, and views of the lake from the enclosed porch, new deck and hot tub. The house also offers a full yard and gas grill.We have provided all the basics, such as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, sheets, and towels. We also make available a few extras such as a fireplace, washer & dryer, dishwasher, WiFi internet access, TV/DVD, and stereo.EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: We will negotiate an early check-in time and/or a late check-out time if there are no back-to-back groups with reservations.We have TWO houses, The Maine House #102687 (1 of 2), The Country House #153426 (2 of 2), both are next door to each other and often rent together.
