Country living on ~ 2 acre lot in a house that is not only spacious but very much a home, with a pool (Jun-Aug), and many amenities: simply terrific for a family that enjoys indoors and outdoors. Located 16 miles from the White House, 30 minutes from Baltimore, and 25 miles to Tyson’s Corner in Virginia. Entertaining is fine but no raucous parties, please. House, in fact, is well suited for entertaining and enjoying friends and family get-togethers. BUT, local regulations need to be adhered to.Montgomery County requirements are that only 6 adults (plus children under age of 18) staying overnight can be present on the property during the booking period.Technically, if you’ve specified 3 as total number of guests, then only those 3 are authorized to be on the property.6 is the maximum number of adults allowed to stay overnight and, consequently, only they are allowed on the property (apart from owner and/or owner authorized individuals. This regulation is to help avoid large gatherings that can turn unruly and disruptive to neighbors.The County also requires us to log names of all authorized persons during the stay.
