Beautiful 3/2 Heated Pool Home. This home features a complete Master Suite, with private pool access, private shower, and large soaking tub. There is a large open Kitchen and living room with pool view. The spare bedrooms feature a queen bed and a smart tv. The outdoor covered patio has comfortable outdoor furniture and a smart tv. This split plan offers privacy for the master and the two additional bedrooms. Perfect multi-family/couples arrangement!Guests agree to the following prior to booking:-$50 per pet fee is required. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.-Pets are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.-1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1.-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals.-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.~ Kitchen is fully equipped with pool view.~ Master Suite has king bed with private bath, 2private sinks, shower, and garden tub, with direct patio access to the pool and TV.~ Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with television.~ Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with TV.~ Pool view living room is equipped with cable television.~ Cable and Wireless Internet (Wifi).~ Garage to park 1 car.~ Washer and dryer.~ Caged pool with a covered patio.Centrally located in Sebastian, this home is close to Golf, Sebastian Airport and Skydiving Center, Less than 3 miles to the Indian River and 7 miles to the open ocean.Sebastian has several waterfront restaurants and bars, boat ramps and walking paths.
