Within the unit, you’ll have access to a full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and Roku TVs with streaming services.Step out onto the large 9×30′ covered patio either from the bedroom or the living room to enjoy your coffee in the morning or wind down in the evening after a day on the lake. The patio has a propane BBQ, a large sectional, and a fire pit.The large 13×50′ carport provides plenty of covered parking for your car/truck, boat, or side-by-side. You’ll also have access to a private golf cart to cruise around within the resort.Walk to marina, beaches… walking path is only a block away. Just minutes away from London Bridge, restaurants, and stores.GUEST ACCESSLocated on the Island, Sam’s Beachcomber Resort offers the best of Lake Havasu year-round. Everything you need to enjoy the sunshine to the fullest is waiting for you at Sam’s Beachcomber Resort, including private access to the lake with private beaches, launch ramps and boat docks, as well as horseshoe pits, pool and spa, recreation center, billiards room, exercise rooms, on-site laundry facility, and park showers.All beach parking is first-come, first-serve. Resort boat slips can be utilized (if boat is 26′ or less) for an additional fee, on a first-come, first-served basis through the front office. If you are bringing a boat or PWC into the park, it must be in your name and you will need to provide the office or guard station with registration and insurance on the watercraft. You can launch from the private ramp or next door at Site Six public ramp. Guests who use the complimentary golf cart will be held financially responsible for any damage to the golf cart during use.
