The office is in a two-story, dark salmon building with beige doors on the north side of the road. After-hours check in is available at the Blue Ridge Public Safety Office at 4352 U.S. Highway 64 East, Sapphire, North Carolina.TERMS AND CONDITIONS~Check In/Out Time~• Check-in: 4:00pm• Check-out: 10:00am• Minimum age to check in is 18 years old.• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.~What you need to know before your arrival~• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort•A USD $22.20 plus tax Resort Fee will be applied daily to this reservation. This fee includesGuest internet access; Self-parking; Mini-golf; Discount on skiing and boating; Sauna access; Book exchange. *All activities and amenities are located off-site from the accommodations.• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.• A USD $200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.• We do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we are not always able to do so. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.• Smoking Policy: Fairway Forest Resort is a smoke free facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD $500 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable 20% pre-payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable.
