If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest’s responsibility.We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.San Diego’s weather is perfect 90% of the year. Most guest use fans and open windows and older buildings in SD usually do not have A/C. Even most bars and restaurants only use fans!Potential for noise as we are very near the Airport.HOUSE RULESQuiet Hours are 11 pmLaundry will be off-limits to guests between 10am – 4pm (our cleaner needs to use the machines) $25 fineMust be 21+ to book$500 fine for parties or smoking in the unit ($100 per extra person over what the reservation was booked for).We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night.$500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules.
