Cozy 2-bedroom home – NH-CULMeticulously designed and decorated 2BR/2BA house in Los Angeles. This unique house offers full amenities, new appliances, private patio and a brand new Atomic foosball table!This large 2BR unit is perfect for groups of 4-5 while it is equipped with 2 queen beds, a sectional couch, 2 full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen.Upon arrival, just find street parking as this listing does NOT offer on-site parking for guests. Street parking is free but can get challenging in the evenings. Once parked, simply open the small black metal gate and proceed to the porch where you will find a lockbox hanging off of the metal window guard. Simply use the combination that we will provide you on your check-in day and retrieve the keys from the lockbox.The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequent as possible to address their needs.Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day.Central location and easy commute to the tourist attractions. While benefiting from easy access to major freeways, we are located in a quiet and peaceful residential part of Los ANgeles with pretty much all the major shops, restaurants, and convenience stores just a few blocks away from the house.Getting around in Los Angeles can’t get any easier than this! Our place is centrally located among all that Los Angeles has to offer. Being so close to Freeway 10 , 101 and 110, you can’t cruise around the city any easier.A complete copy of the updated House Rules will be provided to you a few days prior to your arrival.
