Only authorized staff can touch the equipment to configure the heating correctly, if guests turn on the heater without permission, will be charged the pool heating price plus taxes multiplied by their accommodation days.AC EQUIPMENT / THERMOSTATThe air conditioner should not be set below 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the system to freeze and become inoperable. In addition, all windows and doors must be kept closed during the rental period. Not following these instructions the AC system can be damaged and it may result in a $250 fine.GARBAGE COLLECTIONThe doorstep trash service is provided throughout the community, the trash bags should be bagged and placed in the correct bin before 10 am. Any loose garbage that is out of the bag will not be collected. The external can be a bin that is in a bench shape and is located right in front of the house or a regular bin in front or next the property. Please let me know if you have difficulties finding the bin. We hope you understand and cooperate with that. Garbage found out of bags will result in a $100 fine and excess garbage will result in a $150 fine.PET-FRIENDLYYour pet is more than welcome on our property. We are a pet-friendly property and there is a pet fee per booking. The guest is required to take responsibility for the containment and proper disposal of the animal’s urine and excrement. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $100 fine in case it is found on the floor. If animal’s urine and excrement are found in the carpet it will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes.POOLThe guests agree not to tamper with pool heating controls or manipulate the heater. In addition, do not throw food, drinks, soaps, balloons with LEDs, or any elements that could damage the pool into the pool. If you break this rule, we will investigate the situation with the pool technician and you will be subject to a $150 fine.SMOKINGNo smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property, however, it is important to keep the place clean afterward. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $250 fine.CHECK-OUTCheck-out time is 10:00 AM. An additional 15 minutes may be granted as a grace period upon prior request. The cut-off time is 10:15 AM, The noncompliance of this rule may result in a $200 fine.CLEANINGPlease rest assured, you do not need to be concerned about the cleaning, we just kindly ask you to please put the dishes in the dishwasher, and take the bagged trash before your departure. Please note that stains or dirt found on the carpet will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes. Itens or furniture damaged will result in a charge to replace it at its estimated value or repair the item, this value calculated by a third party.
