Early check in can be considered if available.* Check out time is 11am, the cleaners arrive shortly after. If guests are not out by then, there will be a $45 per hour late check out fee charged to guest. We’re open to late checkout if available. Late check out must be notified to us at least one night before your check out date so we can arrange with cleaners.* This no-smoking house so please NO smoking in the house.* Absolutely NO PARTIES/EVENTS such as birthday, wedding, bachelor, etc… Any parties or events will be subject to $1000 fine and you will be asked to leave the property right away.* NO outside gathering (front & back yard) after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.* NO loud music or noise inside and outside the house. Noise monitor devices will be at the property. Baby crying, tv sound, music on your phone will not trigger the devices but music on speakers, extensive screaming and yelling will. We want to make sure the neighbors are being respected for their daily living.* NO unapproved guests. Unapproved guests incur a $50 fee per person, per night.* Outdoor BBQ is available to use and we will charge $50 for cleaning fee. You will be responsible for the propane gas. We will provide the empty tank so you can exchange at the local stores.* Parking: we have 4 parking spots on the driveway and 2 parking spots in front of the house. Please DON’T park in front of the neighbors’ house.★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
