Welcome to our cozy A-frame which is nestled in a tranquil wooded area in the Ausable Acres Community. Enjoy the open living area with all the conveniences of home just minutes to Whiteface Mountain Ski Center. Walking distance to 10 miles of hiking trails for snowshoeing or Cross-Country skiing. A 5-minute walk brings you to the trail head for an easy walk around Lake Eaton with beautiful views. Walk or drive to the trail head to Clark Mountain which is a great half mile hike with great views of the Jay Mountain range and Whiteface Mountain. The playground and Tennis courts are within walking distance. Hike one of the High Peaks in Keene Valley. Enjoy a visit to Lake Placid home of the 1932 and 1980 Olympics with its many shops and restaurants. Mountain biking trails and a public swimming area are close by in Wilmington. Or just relax on the deck and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There is so much to do at your fingertips.
