Cars are permitted to park on the beach.WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.Pet policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren’t left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
