You will feel right at home in this completely remodeled 1 bedroom guest house / casita.The guest house / casita is in a separate building with its own private entrance. In addition to the new, full-size appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher- the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need to make a meal. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The spacious closet has plenty of hanging space, built in drawers and shelving to store your personal things during your stay. For additional sleeping space, there is a new queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress in the living room. Don’t worry about taking home dirty laundry, as there is a full-size washer and dryer, as well.We’ve attempted to include extra items that will make your stay even more comfortable – Keurig, hair dryer, extra pillows, blankets, a clothes steamer and iron.The area is fantastic providing easy access to nearby events like the Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson Car Auction, Spring Training, dining, entertainment, shopping, golf, downtown Phoenix, freeways, etc.The outdoor space is delightful and yours to enjoy. You will have access to the BBQ and covered cabana just a few steps out the front door. There is a small playground area and if you like to shoot hoops there is a basketball court as well.Uncovered street parking is available if you will have a car during your stay.See more
