We are a great option for work or family travel.We are steps to the Spring Lake Beach and Village, bike paths, a 2.5 mile bike or car ride to the beaches of Grand Haven.This charming, fully rehabbed 2 bedroom home makes for the perfect getaway, and the best alternative to a Hotel/Motel in the area.Although the footprint of Esther house is small, we offer 1100 sq ft of comfort over the basement, main level and lofted bedroom, designed with easy and comfortable living in mind.A fully stocked custom kitchen with high-end appliances, granite breakfast bar and an open plan to the cozy living/dining room. Small dinette table seats four. The living room has a comfortable sofa, reading chair and 42″ TV. No cable, but its hooked up to stream all your favorites.In the basement we have a brand new bedroom with a queen sized bed, nightstands and dresser.A separate utility area with washer/dryer.Nice and quite fenced back yard with a cement patio with a full set of patio furniture.
