Very comfortable 4 BR home, 4 min walk to Lake George with access to Usher’s Park (tennis, basketball courts, swings, pavilion with picnic tables, grills, and a beach with life guard). 2 upstairs Master Suites w/full baths and balconies. Additional king bedroom includes a futon, work station as well as private balcony. 4th bedroom has twin over full-size bunk beds, comfortable for adults as well. Every bedroom includes a recliner and small coffee/coctail table for quiet moments. Basement game room for rainy day fun.
