Description
This is a two bedroom/two bath lower level condo at the Villas in Desert Fall Country Club. The master suite has a king bed, TV, and plenty of closet and drawer space. The second bedroom also has plenty of closet space and has a queen bed, desk and a near-by bath. The kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets and granite tile countertops and new appliances. The living room is furnished with leather couches and an amazing view of the golf course, lake and mountains. There is a separate laundry room. Cable TV and wireless internet connection is provided. The bedrooms and living room have new carpeting with tile in the other rooms. The patio with gas BBQ overlooks the 16th hole at Desert Falls Country Club. We care about your health and safety. The condo is thoroughly cleaned before the arrival of each guest. The condo includes use of the tennis facility (9 courts), pickle ball and a fitness center with upgraded cardio, machines and weights. Desert Falls Country Club has a challenging course that is open to outside play. The Palm Desert area offers numerous golf courses, PGA and LPGA tournament golf, hiking, fine dining, the McCallum Theatre, and is approximately 20 minutes to Palm Springs.This is a NO SMOKING/NO TOBACCO PRODUCTS unit. NO PETS without approval by owner. A pet deposit will be required.A minimum of 28 days is required.
