Horizon South is conveniently located only 5 minutes walk from the beach! The resort is also situated in the heart of Panama City Beach less than 2 miles from Pier Park and 1 mile from Frank Brown Park Sports Complex. This community offers you an affordable alternative to the crowded high end resorts and features an exciting list of family friendly amenities for your group to enjoy. Guests may park in any available parking in the community for easy access to the beach (be sure parking pass is displayed).Resort Features:• 4 On-Site Swimming Pools• Community Hot Tub• 18 Hole Mini Golf Course• 2 Horse Shoe Pits• Club House (to include pool tables and fitness room)• Tennis Courts• Shuffleboard Courts• Kiddie Pool• On-Site Laundry Facilities• Charcoal Grills** Please note: Upon arrival on property, guests will report to the Property Management Office to receive a parking placard at a rate of $25 per vehicle (maximum of 2) for a time not to exceed 10 days. Extended stay guests will pay $25 per 10 day period(s) with a maximum of $50 per 6 month period. Parking placards shall identify the unit # and the expiration date. All guests are required to have an armband while on any portion of the Horizon South property. Children 5 years old and younger are not required to purchase or wear an armband. Failure to not display an armband can result in removal from the property. Armband(s) cost shall be $20 per 7 days not to exceed $40 in a continuous stay of 6 months. Armbands will be color coded and rotated our weekly.
