Due to HOA rules we only allow 1 pet up to 30 lb, and pet MUST be registered and approved by HOA before the reservation is made. If Renters fail to contact the owner and provide pet details and reserve the apartment without an approval from HOA for the pet, reservation can be canceled without a notice.Renters will have to sign the additional Lease Agreement and HOA Lease application.
