This listing if for our little Cozy Bay View and is set up for 30 day reservations or longer. Please contact us if you need shorter terms reservations and we will be able to accommodate you.This unit is right next to the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. There’s a house between us and the beach, but there are no roads to cross, just jump on the new boardwalk and it will take you right to the beautiful wide sandy beach!This one bedroom Beach Side unit features a very comfortable Queen size pillow top mattress/bed and a pillow top twin mattress/bed in the master bedroom. We have just installed a Full size bed for additional sleeping space and oddly enough it is located in the living room/living area.We have high speed WiFi and a large 50 inch Smart TV for your entertainment. You can park directly outside your door and self check in and out.Even with a bit of modernizing this property is a historical home that is now over 85 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. Even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming “Cozy Bay View”.We are Beach Side (with only a house between us and the beach) right on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay beach. We are right next to a public beach access with a new boardwalk that will take you right to the beach.The free public marina with 3 concrete boat ramps is only a few blocks away. We have plenty of off-the-road parking space for anything/anybody you might want to bring.Our kitchen is fully stocked with a full size stove and refrigerator so you can easily prepare your meals. We have a bar area for dining with 3 Bar Stools. We have just installed a new leather sofa with a power reclining system.Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. We are pet friendly with a small pet fee of $99.This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.You can park directly outside your door and self check in and out. And yes, we are pet friendly! We have a pet fee of $99
