Located in one of Atlantic Beach’s newest OCEANFRONT Buildings (2015). The property has PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to 600 ft of Pristine, SECLUDED BEACH. Experience peaceful walks, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks along the beach! Feel the fresh breeze and gaze out into the Ocean while enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine at one of the Gazebos or seating areas on the 2nd floor deck. Coastal Bike Path is also available for jogging, biking, or walking.Our guests’ safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no “shared air” as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-FREE Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.The unit has a queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Perfect for couples, singles, and families with small children. An Outdoor Pool, Large Grassy Area, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.This is a beachfront complex but your unit faces the road side of the complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can enjoy Ocean views from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the housekeeper). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.Secure Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience. Many local eateries/shops are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional restaurants, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.Perfect getaway for a romantic weekend, or a family retreat …watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo … don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves …. stroll the sandy beach … build a sandcastle with the kids … surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters … watch surfers hang ten…. Jet-ski or Parasail … take a jog, or ride your bike on the new Atlantic Beach bike trail … feel the wind through your hair on the new Cape Lookout ferry… check out the wild Spanish ponies of Shackleford Banks…. take the kids to the new Atlantic Beach recreation park… and don’t forget the fantastic NC Aquarium!Suitability/Homeowners Rules:- This is a SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY. (You may not smoke on the property to include balconies and gazebo’s).- Pets: 1 small dog less than 25 lbs may be allowed.
