Description

Located at Arrowhead Village in Edwards, CO on the golf course, with Mountain View’s, and adjacent to one of three ski lifts serving Beaver Creek Mountain, this recently remodeled three bedroom townhome is one of the nicest you will find with every amenity you could want. Our vaulted great room features a solid rock fireplace, gas range, washer dryer, wine fridge, a king bed in the primary suite and the guest suite. A memory foam sofa sleeper is located in a third guest bedroom and one in the living room. All three bedrooms have large screen televisions and en-suite bathrooms. There is also a Powder Room. All bathrooms feature a shower and the Primary bath also has a bathtub. The unit sleeps 8. The dining room table seats 8. There is a balcony over-looking the golf course. The unit is air-conditioned and on two levels with the garage and entry on the first level and the main living area on the second level. Parking is provided in the Townhome driveway and additional parking is also available adjacent to the unit. The Arrowhead Ski lift is 500 steps from the unit. Skis can be stored in the garage or the entry. We call our properties The Ritz Calvert because the experience is your home away from home.
