Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay or if there is anything we can do to make your vacation more comfortable or enjoyable.Please remove shoes when entering the home and use the entrance to the right of the house in the winter if you have ski equipment.The back yard is not fenced in.Grill is provided between May and November and propane is provided.Firewood is provided for use in the fire pit from May to November.The indoor fireplace is not available for renter use at this time.The two full beds are on the landing above the living space and are not completely private.Please take shoes off at the door – the sand (in the summer) and salt (in the winter) is very bad for the pine flooring.When using ski equipment please us the entry to the right of the house and leave any ski equipment in the back porch area.Absolutely no smoking inside the property.The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use at this time.We love fur babies but expect you to clean up after them and report any damage before departure (if any).Please be respectful of our neighbors – especially between 10pm and 8am – we have a great relationship with them and would like to keep it that way.
