It is approximately 2300 sf.Main levelThere are 2 bedrooms on the main level. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. Both main-level bedrooms have access to the deck. There is 1 full bath plus a half bath on the main level.The large main level living space overlooks the woods and lake with access to the large deck. It has a 50 inch smart TV and a large wood-burning fireplace with cozy seating and a dining/game table.The deck is accessed from the main level and runs the full width of the cabin. It overlooks the woods and cove and has seating, a large dining table and a large gas grill (gas provided).The charming eat in kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, cookware and utensils.Terrace levelThe terrace level has a private bedroom with queen bed and smart TV, and a full bathroom with access directly from the bedroom or from the living space.The terrace-level living space has plenty of seating, a 50 inch smart TV and access to the patio and backyard. The laundry room is also on this level.LoftThe 4th bedroom is on the loft level. It is a spacious private bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed and a small private balcony overlooking the woods and cove. Outside the bedroom, there’s open loft space with a cozy reading nook and access to the upper level balcony overlooking the front of the property.OutdoorsThe cabin is set back from the road with very easy driveway access. There is a 2-car carport, large covered RV or boat parking and plenty of extra parking space on the driveway.The cove and platform dock (first dock along the path) are a short walk from the backyard accessed by steps and a pathway. The dock is a wonderful place to relax, fish or just enjoy the scenery. You are welcome to dock a small boat there (if lake levels are low, space is limited). Gainesville Marina offers boat rentals and will offer a discount if you mention.
