The guest bedroom is similarly set up with a brand new Tuft & Needle Queen-sized bed and has views of the back patio and forest. These bedrooms have access to the shared Jack & Jill bathroom. This shared bathroom has a shower/tub combo plus full size washer and dryer.This vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from downtown. A grocery store and restaurants can be found right up the road. World class skiing, the exciting nightlife of the casinos, and Heavenly Village are just a short drive away.With easy access to the lake, hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and a plethora of outdoor adventures nearby, we are certain you will want to visit Shady Pines year after year.This home is equipped with multiple tech options such as Alexa and security cameras in the front and back of the property for additional security, it also features a JuiceBox level 2 EV (electric vehicle) 40 AMP charger. This is complimentary and no extra charge as part of your stay.This cozy cabin accommodates four people/ two couples very comfortably and a 5th person is possible. Please note the 3rd bed is a pull out sofa located in the lounge room and the bathroom is only accessible via the bedrooms.There is a small double detached garage that can fit 2 compact cars/ compact suv only.A large truck or large suv can still be parked just outside the garage.Please note- Hot Tub hours are strictly limited to 8a-10p.
