We provide snowplow when snow is over FOUR INCHES. A shovel is on-site for guest use for any other snow removal needs. There are no refunds or discounts for not being prepared for the snow/ any acts of nature. Please be prepared to avoid needing towing. Additional plows can be arranged for a fee.*Critters such as: ants, mice, spiders, moths, flies, chipmunks (along with bear, coyote, mountain lions, wild donkey etc) are native to Big Bear and it is typical in the mountains to have an occasional sighting of any of these small creatures, especially during particularly dry/hot seasons when they are searching for water. Please keep in mind you are booking a trip in the wilderness- we are in a mountain town & are located in THEIR territory. We prepare for such sightings with traps, spray etc, but we give no refunds for seeing any of these creatures & want to prepare our guests for what to expect. ***Please do not book if this is an issue. We only want you to have a great time*** If there is ever an abundance of ants etc, you can notify us and we can send our handyman to spray for you. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING ZIPLOCKS & STORAGE CONTAINERS to store your food & NOT leaving any food out (we do not supply because guests end up taking them home).
