Camp at the beach in this comfortable, fully loaded 2018 Forest River 29 foot travel trailer with direct beach access on Willoughby Spit in Ocean View, near Virginia Beach, Downtown Norfolk, ODU, CNU, naval bases, and many other attractions! Enjoy modern comforts in a small economic package, with full water/sewage hook-ups, air conditioning, and 2 smart TVs.*First 2 pictures of the camper are at its old location. The new location is just as close to the beach. Updated pictures will be posted when I’m able*You can walk to the beach from the camper in about 30 seconds. The camper has AC, heat, toilet, sinks, a small hot water tank, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, bluetooth stereo, and comfortable linens and bedding provided as well as basic toiletries.The main bedroom has a queen-size memory foam bed and has a custom partition for some privacy from the rest of the camper.The smaller bedroom has a modified twin bed and full size bed in bunk configuration.There are smart TVs in the living area and main bedroom.I recommend no more than 4 guests, as the bunk bedroom is quite small, but will allow up to 6 guests at a time if you are comfortable roughing it.PETS: I recommend you leave your pets at home, but will allow calm, well-trained dogs with payment of the $70 pet fee. You will have close neighbors who are also on vacation, so dogs that like to bark loudly all day/night are not permitted. The leather surfaces and lightweight trim of a camper are easily damaged by claws and teeth, so be sure not to bring destructive animals, as this could result in an expensive damage claim.
