Just walk around the corner to find some great food and drink, or grab some to go and eat on your own private patio!When you walk in your greeted by brick foyer, living room with sofa and TV. The kitchen is complete with everything you need for cooking. Then, find a full bathroom with shower and spacious king bedroom with cozy reading nook and TV.Guests have access to the entirety of the apartment with the exception of an owner’s closet.Located just minutes North of the James River right off of I-95 and super central to all of Richmond’s finest restaurants and attractions!Street parking is free on nights and weekends.PARKING: *** Please note that we are unable to provide complimentary daily parking passes or permits for parking at our premises, as per the building’s property management team’s regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding, as this matter is beyond our control.However, you are welcome to utilize the public lot located at the corner of SOUTH 18TH STREET and EAST MAIN STREET, directly across from the pizza place. Please be aware that parking at this lot typically incurs a fee of at least $21 per day. This lot is the closest option, situated just a 1-minute walk from the apartment.Additionally, we encourage you to explore other nearby parking areas and lots as alternatives. We understand that this may require adjustments and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
