We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay.★ SECURITY CAMERASAll of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home; there are no cameras on the interior.★ PET-FRIENDLY HOMEBring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation with a $100 per pet fee. They’ll get to enjoy and run around the spacious court while you relax in front of the entrance. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund. (2 Dogs MAX)★ NO SMOKING INSIDESmoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home.
