It is a ground floor unit, there are no outside stairs to enter (great when you are lugging lots of gear or heavy bikes). It is a corner unit with windows so it gets great morning light in the kitchen and great afternoon light in the living room! The kitchen has updated appliances and everything you need to cook a great meal.BEDSCan sleep 4. There is a comfy king bed in the bedroom and a new queen cabinet Murphy bed in the living room. The cabinet Murphy bed has a firm memory foam mattress and so much better than any pull-out sofa! No bars in your back!FANCY FEATURESThe Living room features a 55″ 4K flat screen TV, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Blu-Ray player as well as a cozy, wood burning fireplace. There is also a 50″ 4K Smart TV in the bedroom and we’ve got like 150 DVDs (mostly action;) on hand so snugglefest movie night is a def. The Wi-Fi is free and about 30Mbps speed, plenty fast enough to get work done.WILDFLOWER COMMON AREA OFFERS:An outdoor/covered shared hot tub and sauna is available year round a short walk to the unit. There is a changing room at the pool area so you don’t need to worry about walking back to unit all freezing wet. A great heated swimming pool is available in the summer months. There is also coin-operated laundry facilities on-site and parking is available right out front of the unit (2 cars max).
