Newly renovated one bedroom condo. Just a few steps from the beach! Kiddie pool and heated pool (opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day, the date of closure is weather depending factor and will be determined by condo association), sun deck, grill, and laundry room. Two queens/full-size beds with one full bathroom, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and tv with cable.Off street parking-1 spot assigned to apartment.Guests need to bring own bed linens and towels.The trolley stops right in front of the condo.Let’s have a warm and relaxing vacation!!!
