Year round, you are one block away from Downtown Breckenridge, which hosts a multitude of fantastic shops and restaurants. In the winter you are a few minutes walk to the gondola to start your day of skiing and you can end the ski day with the ski-in run that neighbors the condo building. In the summer, you are closely located to hiking and biking trails.
