Winter Park short term rental registration no. 007712.Quaint studio located in the Winter Park ski village. This cozy unit has everything you will need for an awesome getaway. Located at the ski base across the street from the new Gondola, ski school, restaurants, shops and bars. At the end of the day you can enjoy the large spa on the amenities deck which features grills and lounge chairs to relax and soak up the good times. Jump into all Winter Park has to offer from skiing, boarding, tubing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, fishing, four wheeling, concerts and festivals. Parking is $21/day during ski season and $3 total per stay during non-ski season.Due to the cool climate, most properties in the area do not have A/C. Box fans are provided in the units.Although the town of Winter Park and Fraser remain open, the resort is closed between the approximate dates listed: middle of April through middle of June and middle of September through the middle of November.Management is in the same complex and available to assist you and your family.We look forward to your stay!
