It’s ideal for singles or a couple. Ideal location. The 300 square foot condo consists of two connected rooms, the larger room has a full size bed, fireplace, closet, dining area and a well-stocked kitchenette for your simple cooking needs. The living room area is separated by a door and window shade and has a queen pullout sofa and cable TV. The bathroom is directly off the living room, as is the double slider doors leading out to an exclusive use patio garden with ever changing marsh views.Directly across the access road on RT 6 is the bike path, the famous PB Boulangerie Bakery & Bistro and Lecount Hollow Road leading to the national seashore beaches and kettle ponds. Wellfleet Center is three miles down RT 6 and Provincetown is 25 minutes away.There is one assigned parking spot and two shared guest spots available.
