Pelican Cottage is located .2 miles from Bayview Park and Marina. Take a stroll or golf cart ride in the morning or afternoon, and enjoy your favorite beverage overlooking beautiful Naples Bay. Bayview Park has picnic tables, benches and a children’s playground for you to enjoy. Boaters, bring your boat, and enjoy launching at the boat ramps, less than a minute from the house. Back at the Cottage, relax in the large Florida Room, featuring new 75″ smart tv. Queen bedroom has a new 55″ inch smart tv. Twin bedroom has a new 32 inch smart tv. Note: bedrooms are very small, with no closets. There is a closet in the hallway just outside the bedrooms. In the backyard, enjoy new grill, and a gas fire pit, for those rare chilly nights in Southwest Florida. November through March Only, Pelican Cottage comes with a new Street Legal Evolution Golf Cart, with 4 forward facing seats, and a range of 20+ miles per charge. In order to use cart you must provide proof of automobile insurance. Low Speed Vehicles are only legal on streets with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less. Therefore, you must remain in the Bayshore Arts District.
