This house is within walking distance to restaurants, convenient stores, gas stations, fast food, coffee stands, margarita stands, and a charming dancehall tavern with live music and Texas two stepping on the weekends! Every amenity is provided for a comfortable stay including pots, pans, dishes, utensils and all of the essentials! There is a massive back yard completely fenced in for privacy with lush green grass and mature trees. Easy access to highway 35 and only 8 blocks from the center of downtown New Braunfels! Close to Shlitterbahn water park and the Comal river, Guadalupe river as well as H‑E‑B Grocery. Close to everything you could want and perfectly located between two major metropolitan cities, San Antonio (the river walk) and Austin (live music and festivals) for added entertainment. This home is located 29 minutes from the San Antonio airport and 45 minutes from the Austin airport. The property has been updated with brand new energy efficient windows keeping it cool in the summer and toasty warm in the winter.(Some additional information that may be useful; Three separate brand new air conditioning units for individualized temperature settings in each bedroom and another in the living room.
