A perfect place to access beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee with a private dock with room to tie up one boat. Three season cottage. This is a rustic, no frills cottage, with bi fold windows. If the wind blows while it’s raining you’ll get the full cottage experience with a light mist and a little water trickling inside. It’s all a part of the rustic cottage experience. The beds are comfy, the loons are dreamy, and the view is spectacular. Equipped with gas fire place and electric heaters for those cool nights. Have a few extra guests? Two futons located in the living room that can quickly be made into beds. Pet friendly home with bedroom and bathroom linens provided. Easy access to rental boats and Marina facilities as the cottage sits alongside the historic Goodhue Boat Company Meredith. One of the oldest Winnipesaukee marinas since 1919.
