A quiet community you can stroll to a park, splash pad and local seaside dining. Pet friendly with fee. Close to shopping or the nightlife and restaurants of New Haven.The spaceLots of lounging and dining spaces inside and out. Laundry is in kitchen area. Attention to sanitation. Desk space for working, if you must. Indoor fireplace is decorative only but there is an outdoor gas firepit to enjoy. Your beach access is right out our gate and down a private driveway.
