The boat dock is private at the back of a cove with a boat ramp right in the community, less than a mile from the home. This home has the primary bedroom on the main level with a King bed en suite. Two more bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath on that level as well. One room has a Queen bed, and the other has a Queen and Double.
