This cottage was added on to our home in the 1980s. It has since been tastefully renovated with a full bathroom, jetted tub and living area with a fridge and microwave. When you step out the door 2 acres of streams, trees and grass welcome you. There is a large patio where you can relax and spend time with your favorite person in the hot tub or by the fireStaying here feels like stepping into Colorado’s past where history comes to life with every charming detailOne of the best things about this property is its proximity to exploration and attractions. You can head deeper into the mountains and visit Woodland Park or down into Colorado Springs within 10 minutes. You are welcome to take advantage of the hot tub, BBQ grill, yard and patio seating area or wander around the 2 acre property and wade in the stream– Pet Fee –VRBO booking with pets can a bit confusing. We will send an additional charge of $50 per booking for pets if you don’t select the “I am traveling with pets” at time of booking– Other Details –The cottage is a private entrance/space.
