Located in the beautiful Chimney Hill neighborhood, just a short drive to Mount Snow or Lake Whitingham (Harriman Reservoir).Our home is a split level with the living area above the bedrooms. Upstairs, you will find a large kitchen, separate dining area, living room, with a loft that has a twin bed. The wood-burning stove is encased in brick and is centrally located within this living space.The first bathroom is located on the entrance level and contains a brand new large capacity washer/dryer unit.Downstairs, you will find a bathroom (with a full bathtub) and 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and the third has a bunk bed with a trundle bed.The living room has a TV with a amazon firebox that has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+, HBO Max as well as a DVD player (with a selection of movies).The back yard has a large fenced-in area that is perfect for playing with small kids and pets alike.
