Turn it up, put on some cozy socks, grab a snuggly blanket, and enjoy this most amazing place to watch a winter storm sweep over the ocean! And… let us know if we can send a snow shoveler to you (it costs extra, but is well worth it).You will see this classic home in many of the old historic pictures of Lanesville (a part of Gloucester and just 1/2 mile from Halibut point and the Rockport county line). This unique artists’ community offers a perfect place to retreat. It’s an easy, 3-minute walk from the house to the small row of stores Lanesville offers, which includes a liquor store with a great wine and beer selection and last-minute snacks, Prana Salon to get spiffed up a bit, and the Cove Cafe to enjoy a coffee, breakfast, or lunch.
