Large sectional in living room with fireplace, outdoor fire pit, gas BBQ, 22 minutes to closest vineyard, 20 mins to Port Jefferson (ferry to CT & train station to NYC) with shopping & specialty restaurants, 1 hour to Hampton’s, 3 miles to coffee shop & grocery store. All about 30 mins or less: East Wind Day Spa, Tanger Outlets, Splish Splash water park, Atlantis Marine World Aquarium. Walking distance to beach access! (Walk is 3-4 blocks, moderate to rigorous hills, roughly 100 stairs down to beach level. Can drive to stairs. Beaches on north shore of LI are sandy & rocky, water shoes suggested, but not necessary). Pets upon approval. Exterior security cameras for your safety, 2 in front, 1 on north side, & 1 in back.
