Downtown is roughly 5 minutes away by car and there are parks, trails, neighborhood cafés, breweries, a municipal golf course—in short, a whole lot of goodness. And being so central has its advantages … Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods are about 15 minutes away; the Broadmoor about 15 minutes, the Airport and the Air Force Academy just 20. There’s a whole lot to do here, a whole lot to WALK to, and a whole lot to love!
