Lovely, recently renovated tobacco barn located next to bold rushing creek. One bedroom with queen bed and a couch in living room. Massive screened in porch next to creek. Open your door and enjoy the sounds of the cascading water throughout the barn. Full bathroom with slate tiled walk-in shower. Full Kitchen includes induction range/convection oven, Fridge, freezer, microwave, sink. Porch includes hammock and dining table. Gas grill in backyard. Just 55 minutes from downtown Asheville.Spacious, secluded backyard includes a fire pit, Weber gas grill and bold rushing creek, a great play spot for children and adults.While space is all on one floor it is accessed by a few steps at the front door.Sleeping Arrangements…Besides the Queen bed in the bedroom, the pullout couch in the living room can sleep one or two little people, a sleeping mat located in storage in couch can add addtl comfort or be used to make a palette on the floor.You’ll have the entire first floor and backyard of the barn to yourself. The 2nd floor is currently storage so you’ll be the only people at the barn.
